These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead End-to-End Execution: Direct and coordinate product and packaging development across the Personal Workspace Solutions portfolio, managing all product variants, structural packaging, graphic assets, and documentation from kick-off through Mass Production (MP) and On-Shelf Date (OSD).\nDrive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with global marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure products and packaging transition seamlessly into high-volume manufacturing.\nDeliver on Quality & Schedule: Ensure all milestones, deliverables, and quality benchmarks strictly align with defined project plans.\nManage Packaging Lifecycles: Plan, prioritize, and drive packaging structure and artwork development to ensure flawless execution.\nOwn Configuration & BOMs: Develop SKU plans, oversee master packaging configurations, drive Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and manage final packaged-product release.\nCoordinate Localization: Work closely with regional localization teams across EMEA and APAC to ensure packaging and documentation are translated accurately and delivered on schedule.\nChampion User Experience: Ensure packaging structural integrity and artwork consistently meet out-of-box experience (OOBE) and customer satisfaction standards.\nMitigate Risks: Proactively identify, assess, and track critical-path project risks, developing robust mitigation and contingency plans.\nKey Qualifications:\nFor consideration, you must bring the following skills and experience:\n5-7+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or smart hardware (experience with video collaboration tools is a plus).\nFull-Lifecycle NPI Experience: Proven track record managing complex hardware projects from initial concept through development and global commercialization.\nSchedule & Technical Leadership: Strong ability to build, track, and manage critical-path project timelines and drive cross-functional engineering deliverables.\nOperations & Configuration Knowledge: Solid understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and product configuration management.\nPackaging Expertise: Practical experience in retail packaging development, structural design, or branded consumer goods is a strong plus.\nGlobal Collaboration: Proven success working with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams across diverse time zones.\nCommunication: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.\n#LI-AL2/104\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
