We create technology, tools, processes, analytics and insights that help us fine tune our internal hybrid way of working and influence product design and development that we deliver to customers.\nThe Workplace Digital team is seeking a skilled security systems administrator to support the physical security technology portfolio and the data, reporting, and integration layer that sits on top of it. This role is split across key areas of focus: (1) hands-on administration, configuration, and support of enterprise access control, video management and workplace wellbeing platforms, and (2) leveraging API and SQL knowledge to build and deliver reports, automations, and integrations that connect security systems to the wider workplace technology ecosystem. (3) Compliance, making sure systems are set up inline with Logitech IT security standards, data privacy governance and inline with international standards such as ISO or SOCII.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in Lenel OnGuard electronic access control and Milestone XProtect video management, paired with practical experience writing SQL queries against system databases and working with REST APIs to move data between platforms. Hands-on experience working with HSS industry standards, alarm and application management, system installation and maintenance, IT infrastructure, Data Privacy and networking protocols is expected. Along with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions. Within the WPE Digital team, the candidate will pilot new technologies, working with integrators, vendors, and other Logitech team colleagues. This role requires a self-starter with strong task management skills, capable of driving initiatives independently while partnering with cross-functional teams.\nThis is an onsite role based in Dallas, Texas and requires five (5) days onsite. In this role you will:\nWhat You’ll Do:\nFocus Area 1: Security Platform Operations & Support\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Lenel OnGuard, including access levels, cardholder records, badge configuration, readers, panels, and alarm/event routing.Data Exchange / SQL View Maintenance\n\nSupport in conjunction with the Global Security Operations team in Milestone XProtect maintenance, including camera onboarding, recording servers, retention and storage policies.\nSupport in conjunction with the Global Security Operations team on device onboarding, firmware and software updates, and lifecycle management for controllers, readers, cameras, encoders, and associated security hardware.\nMonitor operational security systems for errors, alerts, and overall system health, proactively resolving issues before they affect end users.\nSupport IP network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting for security devices, including multicast, bandwidth management, and video stream optimisation.\nEnsure security platforms integrate cleanly with IT-managed infrastructure, directory services, and cloud-hosted platforms.\nMaintain and update technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration standards, troubleshooting steps, and support playbooks.\nPrepare and manage system updates, meeting best practices for downtime and redundancy.\nFocus Area 2: Data, Reporting, Automation & Integration\nWrite and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures against OnGuard and XProtect databases to support operational and management reporting.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and scheduled reports covering access activity, alarm volumes, device availability, badge and cardholder data quality, and system health metrics.\nDevelop integrations using platform APIs and SDKs (OpenAccess, DataConduIT, Milestone MIP/REST) to connect security systems with HR, identity, ticketing, workplace, and business intelligence platforms.\nAutomate recurring administrative tasks such as cardholder provisioning and deprovisioning, access level assignment, audit exports, and system reconciliation between source-of-truth systems.\nDesign and support automated workflows that reduce manual effort for operators and site teams, including alarm enrichment, event-driven notifications, and ticket creation.\nEstablish and maintain data quality controls, reconciliation routines, and audit-ready reporting to support compliance and internal review requirements.\nServe as the main point of contact for reports, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal requirements are met for all outbound requests.\nEvaluate and pilot new tooling, scripts, and integration approaches, documenting use cases and demonstrating capability to internal stakeholders.\nFocus Area 3: Compliance and governance\nMake compliance part of every day workflows.\nTracks potential issues with mitigating actions to demonstrate ongoing compliance.\nSupports continuous improvement to enhance the work environment.\nUse technology to help Logitec adapt to changing regulations and evolving risks. \nSupport the H&S team across the organisation to prevent accidents.\nGatekeep and maintain resilient standardised processes, documentation, and audits.\nStreamline integrations, which supports collaboration and data-driven decision making.\nCross-Functional & Project Responsibilities\nAct as the technical liaison between Workplace Digital, IT, security operations, and site leadership, ensuring consistent system performance and clear escalation paths.\nParticipate in incident response workflows, troubleshooting and escalating security system issues that impact operations.\nManage overarching security technology projects, such as platform upgrades, camera and reader refreshes, integration rollouts, new ventures and reporting initiatives.\nWork with integrators, vendors, and internal teams to scope, deliver, and validate technology changes on schedule.\nSupport project stakeholders by ensuring access control and video systems not only meet standards, but continue to push business interests forward and are installed and configured properly across all locations; with a set audit trail and maintenance schedule preplanned.\nKey Qualifications:\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:\nAt least 4 years of verifiable hands-on experience administering Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect in an enterprise environment.\nWorking SQL proficiency, including joins, aggregation, and query optimisation against production databases.\nExperience consuming and building against REST APIs or platform SDKs.\nBasic understanding of IP networking as it applies to security devices and video transport.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nMust be able to work with and protect highly confidential information\nExperience managing data request workflows & proper data sanitization strategies.\nStrong knowledge of ISO 27001 Controls and Risk Management Framework.\nExperience with OSHA framework and processes.\nIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:\nScripting experience (PowerShell, Python) for automation and data handling.\nExperience with a BI or reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).\nFamiliarity with identity and HR systems as sources of truth for access provisioning.Experience directly integrating HR systems as a custom solution is a major plus.\n\nManufacturer certifications in OnGuard and/or XProtect.\nExperience supporting a 24/7 operational environment.\nExcellent organization, analytical, and communication skills\nRapport and influence building skills\nExcellent customer service\nAbility to learn quickly and to multitask;
