In this role you will:\nSpecialize in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for offers, claims & actuals\nBuild the overall solution of Anaplan through best practices to better build and deploy new modules.\nUtilize your experience and proactiveness to help develop solutions for automating manual processes.\nSupport the end-to-end architecture of OneStop sales forecasting models in Anaplan.\nEnsure models support complex structures (multi-region, multi-product, long sales cycles).\nCollaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, and FP&A to define forecasting requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical designs.\nDefine and manage integrations with: ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for offers, claims & actuals + Data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake)\nEnsure data accuracy, reconciliation, and alignment across systems.\nChallenge and simplify processes to drive standardization and best practices.\nApply knowledge of EPM systems to develop better solutions using Anaplan\nDesire and aptitude to be an active contributor to meetings and projects, both internal to the technology team as well as those assigned throughout the business\nEvaluate and Develop standard functionality in Anaplan to leverage the system for process improvement. Re-design and develop applications and functionality as required \nWork with the organization’s subject matter experts to establish and document business requirements\nParticipate in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.\nDevelop test scenarios, test scripts and lead teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing\nDevelop custom new UX dashboards that will generate custom integration solutions\nDrive application development projects as assigned\nCoordinate with architects and Business analysts to determine functionalities\nProven experience as an Anaplan Model builder is a must.\nFunctional understanding of different sales operations, commission accrual process etc. is a must\nStrong experience as a technical resource designing and delivering projects\nInteracting with business clients to understand, define, analyse, and deliver customer requirements\nSkilled in developing technical solutions to complex business problems\nAbility to tune and optimize applications for Optimal Data Load, Calculation and Query Performance\nAbility to provide alternatives based on best practices and application functionality\nProficient in User interface design and developing visually appealing user interfaces\nSkilled development of multifaceted testing plans and processes for complex systems\nKey Qualifications:\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:\nOverall 6+ years of experience with minimum of 5+ years of experience with Anaplan model building\nExtensive Experience in Anaplan Model Building with exposure to Sales & Operations planning.\nVast knowledge of Modules, Dashboards, Lists, processes, and experience writing complex member formulas and understanding of Data integrity between models. New UX experience.\nExperience developing Polaris models, Workflow, data integration using ADO etc.\nExperience implementing solutions using predictive insights\nStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills\nStrong technical aptitude, with a high ceiling for further growth\nProficient in Microsoft office & Google suite products\nIn addition, preferable skills and behaviours include:\nAnaplan certification (Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner)\nEducation:\nBS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems/related technical field or equivalent industry expertise.\nLocation:\nAt Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model.
