Using spend data, market insights, procurement tools, and emerging technologies, you will help identify cost savings, improve supplier performance, and strengthen procurement practices across your assigned categories.\nThis is an opportunity to build strong category management and strategic sourcing expertise while working collaboratively across a broad range of business functions.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Partnering & Stakeholder CollaborationBuild effective relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities, and procurement needs.\nPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize spend, improve value, and support business objectives.\nProvide procurement guidance and market insights to help stakeholders make informed sourcing and supplier decisions.\nEncourage the adoption of effective procurement practices and support stakeholders through sourcing and category initiatives.\nWork collaboratively with Finance, Legal, and other functions to ensure procurement activities are aligned with business requirements and company policies.\nCategory Management & Strategic Sourcing\nSupport the development and execution of category strategies across key indirect spend areas such as IT, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, Facilities, and other corporate services.\nManage sourcing projects from opportunity identification and market analysis through to supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.\nAnalyze spend, supplier, and market data to identify cost savings, cost avoidance, consolidation, and other value opportunities.\nDevelop sourcing plans and category roadmaps for assigned areas of spend.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout sourcing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on time.\nSupport the implementation and tracking of negotiated savings and other procurement benefits.\nSupplier & Commercial Management\nConduct market research and supplier assessments to identify competitive sourcing opportunities.\nSupport supplier negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.\nMonitor supplier performance and work with stakeholders to address issues and identify opportunities for improvement.\nMaintain strong working relationships with key suppliers and support ongoing supplier management activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve supplier consolidation, service levels, commercial terms, and overall value.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.\n8 + years’ experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.\nStrong understanding of indirect procurement categories, sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.\nStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and translate business needs into effective procurement strategies.\nExperience using spend analytics, dashboards, procurement technology, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.\nExperience supporting supplier performance, QBRs, and supplier risk management.\nCommercially focused, results-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
