You’ll be part of Logitech’s Global User Experience team, supporting both the Gaming and Personal Workspace categories - two of the company’s most dynamic and fast-evolving business groups.\nThis is a unique hybrid role combining:\nHardware Product User Experience design on platform topics such as connectivity and product behavior. You will create guidelines to harmonize experiences across products.\n\nKeyboard layout design, requiring high attention to detail, precision, and strong visual craft.\n\nYou are a systems thinker with strong product instincts, equally comfortable designing high-level architecture and crafting pixel-perfect layouts. You care deeply about how things work-not just how they look-and you’re motivated by solving real user problems across hardware and software.\nResponsibilities\nProduct & Platform Experience\nDesign end-to-end product experiences across hardware interactions with firmware and software in mind\n\nContribute to platform-level UX topics (e.g., connectivity, device behaviors, system interactions)\n\nTranslate complex technical constraints into clear, intuitive user experiences\n\nDefine information architecture and interaction models for complex systems\n\nKeyboard Layout Design\nOwn and design complex keyboard layouts across multiple products, operating systems, and regions\n\nCreate precise, production-ready layout files with strong attention to detail\n\nEnsure consistency across languages, markets, and product lines\n\nCollaborate closely with hardware, engineering, and localization teams to align on constraints\n\nMaintain and evolve standards, guidelines, and assets for keyboard layouts\n\nLogitech Design System Contribution\nContribute to the evolution of the Logitech Design System\n\nDefine and document platform (e.g., Bluetooth Connectivity) and product guidelines (e.g., Webcam guidelines)\n\nEnsure alignment between design and engineering implementation (design ↔ firmware engineering)\n\nIdentify opportunities to standardize and scale solutions across products and platforms\n\nActively contribute to consistency across Logitech product experiences\n\nCollaborate with design system and platform teams to improve reusability and quality\n\nKey Qualifications\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:\nDesign & Systems Thinking\nStrong experience designing complex consumer hardware products\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing hardware design solutions (e.g., consumer electronics, mobile, ergonomic products, etc.)\n\nAbility to translate product work into reusable guidelines\n\nDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies\n\nCraft & Execution\nStrong visual and interaction design skills with a high bar for quality and detail\n\nExcellent understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy\n\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready assets\n\nUnderstanding of localization challenge, typography, and spatial constraints\n\nTools & Technical\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator\n\nExperience with Figma\n\n3D application is a plus\n\nCollaboration & Communication\nExperience working closely with engineering and product teams\n\nStrong storytelling and presentation skills\n\nStrong in communication with multiple stakeholders and teams\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments\n\nLife at Logitech\nLogitech is the sweet spot for people passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
