Our Creative & Design team delivers award-winning design and creative excellence.\nThe Senior Creative Producer, reporting to our Global Head of Creative Production, is a creative problem solver at heart with a good eye for efficiencies and opportunities to elevate creative scope and budgets. You will partner with Creative, Brand Activation and Project Management teams on a daily basis. This role leads with a Creative Production mindset, a good understanding of social platforms and formats which our marketing assets feature on reinforcing creative that is instantly recognizable as distinctly Logitech.\nYour Contribution\nBe Yourself. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech.\nIn this role you will:\nIndependently run productions from end to end working alongside creative teams and project managers.\nWork in tandem with the creative team to ensure projects are achievable within budget, timeline and align with the strategy. \nInput creative solutions and work arounds throughout projects to increase production value and scope. \nStake holder management between internal teams and external vendors.\nCreate and manage a scope of work at the creative ideation stage.\nWork closely with our Op’s & Procurement teams on bidding and awarding projects within fair practice rules. \nOwn production documentation SOW’s, Contracts, Finance (Po’s, Co’s, Invoices).\nNegotiate budgets and deliverables with external creative partners.\nNegotiate usage rights, renewals and contracts for on screen talent.\nGrow our network of trusted partners and have a keen eye for fresh talent.\nKey Qualifications:\nTo be considered for this position you demonstrate:\nWho You Are & Experience:\nA mid-senior level creative producer with extensive experience in B2C & B2B online content and social-first toolkits.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across film, product stills and design-led assets.\nProven experience working with Tech and Lifestyle brands either agency side or as part of an inhouse team.\nAn understanding of product marketing and new product launches in the global market.\nExceptional negotiation skills and a proactive, \"solve-it-first\" attitude.\nA clear communicator with great social skills. \nA natural creative thinker who can contribute to, and elevate the initial concept and final creative output.\nBe in office 3 days/week at our Cork - Ireland location.\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
