Our engineering organization is actively looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and evolve our infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems across global environments.\nYou will be responsible for building highly automated, scalable, and resilient platforms across multi-cloud environments including AWS and Alibaba Cloud. You will be a critical member of a team that includes software engineering, QA, security, and platform architecture.\nWho you are:\nYou have practical knowledge and demonstrable success in building and managing cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms at scale.\nYou enjoy working with distributed systems and solving complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.\nYou are able, with limited supervision, to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.\nYou possess strong troubleshooting skills and can quickly identify and resolve issues across infrastructure, application, and network layers.\nYou are able to design and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments.\nYou are passionate about improving developer productivity through automation and platform engineering.\nYou actively mentor peers and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams.\nYou are a team-first type of colleague.\nYou do not shy away from writing code or scripts using Python, Bash, or other automation tools to improve efficiency.\nYour Contribution:\nLead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins to support rapid and reliable software delivery.\nDesign and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar frameworks.\nDrive automation across build, deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows.\nCollaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of services.\nEnsure system reliability through proactive performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident management.\nDrive DevOps best practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish standards for environment consistency, security compliance, and operational excellence.\nContinuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve platform efficiency and developer experience.\nPeriodically report platform performance, reliability metrics, and DevOps maturity improvements to stakeholders.\nKey Qualifications\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:\nA minimum of 3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering role.\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Alibaba Cloud.\nExtensive experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.\nProficiency in configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible.\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools preferred).\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nSolid scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).\nHands-on experience with version control systems like Git.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across distributed systems.\nPreferable skills:\nExperience working in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience with cost optimization and cloud governance practices.\nExposure to security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.\nExperience with blue-green deployments, canary releases, and progressive delivery techniques.\nFamiliarity with service mesh and microservices architecture.\nExperience supporting globally distributed systems.\nEducation\nB.E/M.E in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nLogitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
