Direct outreach to Talent Acquisition or hiring managers via email or LinkedIn will not provide an advantage in the selection process.\nThe Role:\nThe GCO Channel Analyst plays a critical role within the GCO Finance organization at Logitech, providing analytical support and financial insights to optimize channel performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance decision-making across our global channel teams.\nThe primary business interactions are the Global organization and Regional Channel teams. From a functional side, there are frequent interactions with the Cluster Business Finance, Business Operations and Global GTM Finance.\nYour Contribution:\n- Analyze channel sales performance, trends, and profitability across multiple channels and geographic regions,\n- Coordinate regular management reports, dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights,\n- Support the quarterly regional forecast submissions and provide reporting,\n- Monitor and evaluate channel performance, inventory levels,\n- Coordinate and optimize financial systems and tools used for channel analytics,\n- Maintain the Channel classification mapping across geographies,\n- Own Opex for the GCO teams: consolidation and forecast submission, actuals variance analysis, cross-charges,\n- Lead constant improvement of our tools and processes.\nYour Qualifications and Skills:\n- 3-5 years of progressive development in Finance with prior experience providing Financial Planning & Analysis support.\n- Strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Hyperion Essbase and Oracle.\n- Experience in Business Finance or Sales Finance and experience in an international environment like FMCG , Consumer electronics is an added plus.\n- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers.\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
