As the project manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary technical teams from the concept definition to the introduction in mass production. Your seniority, curiosity and agility will allow you to drive different types of projects: new technology development, new cross-projects features or a complete device. Your technical background, your ability to reduce risks and solve problems, your results-driven leadership, your great communication and collaborations skills at project level or cross projects will be a huge asset to Logitech.

In this role you will:

• Scope, plan, manage and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development through the product life cycle process from concept to product delivery- apply project management standards.
• Manage different type of projects: new technology brick, cross-project feature or complete device with internal team or external patners
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver projects on time within defined expectations in terms of experience, cost and quality.
• Lead a multi-functions and multi-sites team

• Synthesize and present the project's stake in a comprehensive manner to help the team make decisions, make clear recommendations when needed.
• Report and communicate on a regular basis. Escalate when project goals are at risk. This includes regular reporting of project status to key stakeholders, Business Group leader through management review meetings and Gate meetings as prescribed by internal development processes
• Identify, evaluate and manage the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate actions to control them and to drive solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action processes as required.

• Manage product Build of Material (BOM) and key project / product documentation.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment with a cross-functional and global team managing new product development.

• Experience managing Healthcare and B2B product is a plus
• Deep experience in high-volume consumer electronics products.

• Good knowledge of project management standards & methodology
• Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline and risk tracking overview by using proper tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks activities, projects and technology
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including marketing and business interfaces.
• Strong organizational, excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across organizations and geographies
• Independent. Design Thinking Knowledge and application. Creative mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Faculty to interact, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of management

Education:

• Master degree in Engineering
• Formal Project Management training and Certification (PMP) would be a plus
