This role involves leading failure analysis, managing supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement in supplier quality. The engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance and implement effective quality control measures.\nYour Contribution:\nLead failure analysis for product and manufacturing defects with corrective and preventive actions.\nManage and improve supplier quality performance, including new product development.\nConduct on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions.\nPerform process and system audits for FG/JDM suppliers to prevent potential risks.\nPromote continuous improvement techniques and quality six core tools like Lean, Six-Sigma, CIP, APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC and PPAP\nYour Qualifications and Skills:\nMore than 3 years of engineering or quality experience in the FATP industry. SMT and PCBA experience is a plus.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quality skills, including PDCA, DMAIC, 5 WHYs, and SWOT methodologies\nExperience in FG PCBA and FATP supplier system audit and process audit.\nProficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, and PPAP\nGood command of English and Chinese, with effective communication skills.\nDemonstrated leadership in supplier performance improvement.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment, with highly resilient to pressure and flexible in work\nStrong ownership and commitment to quality with high integrity.\nWillingness to travel frequently for business and job assignments.\n/104\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
