In this role you will:\nOwn designated offline channel and key account performance, delivering ST, sell-out, profitability, and category growth targets\nDevelop and execute retail business strategies across key accounts, including assortment planning, promotion execution, and growth initiatives\nDrive in-store visibility and retail execution excellence, ensuring consistent brand presentation, POSM deployment, display quality, and consumer experience\nPartner closely with customers to strengthen business relationships, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall retail performance\nLead key retail campaigns, seasonal promotions, and store-level activation plans to maximize sell-out performance\nEnsure strong pricing discipline and channel governance, maintaining healthy channel relationships and protecting brand positioning\nAnalyze ST & sell-out performance, inventory status, market trends, and customer insights to support forecasting, business reviews, and strategic planning\nCollaborate closely with Marketing, GTM, and Distribution teams to support new product launches, retail programs, and category expansion opportunities\nManage trade spend and channel investment budgets, including allocation, tracking, post-activity evaluation, and optimization\nIdentify new retail opportunities, partnership models, and expansion initiatives to grow overall offline business scale and profitability\nSupport retail capability enhancement through store training, execution tracking, and field engagement initiatives\nKey Qualifications:\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:\n5+ years of experience in retail sales, offline channel management, key account management, or consumer electronics-related industries\nStrong understanding of Taiwan retail landscape and key offline retail channels\nProven experience in driving sell-out growth, retail execution, and channel-level commercial operations\nSolid commercial acumen with analytical, forecasting, and business planning capabilities\nHands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams\n Interest in consumer electronics / 3C accessories or gaming products is a plus\n#LI-SL1/104\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
