This role partners with managers and employees across the organization, serving as a trusted resource on HR policies, programs, and best practices. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to every interaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition and Onboarding\nPartner with hiring managers to post positions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.\nManage pre-employment processes, including background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire paperwork.\nCoordinate and deliver new hire orientation to ensure a consistent, welcoming onboarding experience.\nEmployee Relations\nServe as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing timely and accurate guidance.\nCoach managers on performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation.\nBenefits, Leave, and Compensation Support\nAdminister benefits enrollment, life events, and open enrollment; resolve employee benefits questions.\nSupport compensation processes, including job evaluations, merit cycles, and salary benchmarking.\nHR Operations and Compliance\nMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across systems.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and support audits and required reporting (e.g., EEO-1).\nHelp develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook.\nProcess employee changes, terminations, and exit interviews, and support payroll with required data.\nEngagement and Development\nSupport performance review cycles, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.\nAnalyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time to fill) and share insights that inform decisions.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.\nWorking knowledge of federal and state employment laws.\nHands-on experience with an HRIS (e.g., UKG, ADP, Rippling or Paylocity).\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience supporting a multi-state workforce.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nPreferred.\nExperience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or technology organizations.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.\n401(k) plan with company match.\nPaid time off and paid holidays.\nHybrid work schedule that supports flexibility and collaboration.\nProfessional development and opportunities for career growth.\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nLogixHealth is an equal opportunity employer.
