We build for Bharat.\nWe are backed by leading global and domestic investors including Y Combinator, Sony, Global Brain, India Quotient, and 3one4 Capital\nAbout the role :\n We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to manage end-to-end digital marketing-from running ads and creating content ideas to tracking and optimizing performance.\nThis is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for results, not just execution. Training and guidance will be provided.\nKey Responsibilities :\nFor each app you work on, you'll study the audience, the market, and the competition - then write ads that get people to download and make that first purchase.\nYou decide the angle, the hook, the format, and the script - and you write it yourself.\nYou'll brief designers and video editors on your concepts and follow through until the output matches your intent.\nYou'll ship multiple creative variants per campaign (80-100 per week) -
