We work at the intersection of deep Bharat user insights, cutting-edge AI, and business strategy. As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a squad of Product Managers and Product Analysts, taking end-to-end ownership of a major product vertical or portfolio of apps to scale engagement, monetization, and user retention.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are hiring a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives. You'll own high-impact projects across pricing, growth, user retention, expansion, and platform strategy-working closely with cross-functional teams to scale Products at Lokal.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\nDrive product strategy to maximize conversion and retention through data-driven analysis of supply-side levers and their business impact. \n Own and enhance payment systems by improving payment success metrics, optimizing payment gateway (PG) integrations, and elevating the overall checkout experience. \nDesign and run pricing experiments including default pricing, cohort-based pricing, discounting models, and repeat-user strategies to optimize revenue growth. \nCollaborate with Marketing to unlock and scale new acquisition channels while continuously optimizing performance. \nStrengthen trust and user satisfaction by defining and improving profile verification workflows and customer support processes. \nPartner cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to execute, measure, and iterate on impactful solutions. \nOwn the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user needs. \nConduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate insights into product strategy. \nDevelop retention strategies to increase repeat revenue and long-term user engagement. \nAnalyze user behavior and implement gamification mechanics to enhance user motivation and platform stickiness. \n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n3 - 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet or marketplace products.\nStrong background in data-driven decision-making; must be mathematically sharp and investigative in approach.\nEducational background from top-tier institutes preferred.\nPrior experience in marketplaces or platforms with demand-supply matching problems is a strong plus.\nAbility to think strategically and also roll up your sleeves to execute.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nBenefits\nAt Lokal, we act like owners who take initiative beyond job descriptions, get things done despite obstacles, and maintain a growth mindset focused on learning.
