We build for Bharat\nWe are backed by leading global and domestic investors including Y Combinator, Sony, Global Brain, India Quotient, and 3one4 Capital.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Visual Designer who can create polished, consistent and scalable visual assets across our digital products and brands. You will work across UI, websites, campaigns and motion-design workflows-creating icons, illustrations, graphics, styleframes, templates and other visual assets. You will apply existing brand guidelines carefully while also helping the team identify gaps, explore new visual directions and evolve the system as new requirements emerge.\nThis is a fast-paced production role, but speed should never come at the cost of visual quality. We are looking for someone who notices the details: typography, spacing, alignment, perspective, colour, lighting, consistency, export quality and file organisation.\nYou should also be comfortable using AI-assisted creative workflows to explore directions and produce assets faster.
