We build, deploy and operate expert robots with unique capabilities to automate commercial facility services at scale. We believe emergent capabilities in physical AI are unlocked by taking a straight shot to useful, performant robots deployed in the real world. We’re a tight team that takes initiative, operates with agency, and genuinely cares about doing outstanding work.\nYour role\nThe largest facility services providers in the world are adopting physical AI with us, and we’re bringing our robots to the US. As US Deployment Operations Lead, you’ll be our first hire in the US and the person who gets our robots deployed and running at customer sites. You’ll do the first deployments yourself, then hire and lead the field operators who do them with you, and build the US deployment operation as it scales.\nWhat you will be doing\nDeploy robots at customer sites: site assessment, installation, commissioning, training the customer’s staff and verifying performance\n\nRun our US depot: inventory, spare parts, shipping, service and repairs\n\nOwn the relationship with customers’ facility teams on site and bring their feedback back to product and engineering\n\nHire, onboard and lead US field operators as deployments grow\n\nDefine how deployments are done in the US: SOPs, checklists and training for new operators\n\nSet up the infrastructure a US operation needs: vehicles, tools, site access, compliance, vendors\n\nWhat you should have\n5+ years in field deployment, installation or service of hardware, robotics, automation or industrial equipment, including experience leading a field team\n\nYou’ve been hands-on at customer sites; you can troubleshoot electromechanical systems, and are comfortable both with hardware, software tooling as well as interfacing with customers\n\nYou’ve built a team, a site or a region at an early-stage company, without an existing operations organization behind you\n\nYou can write a process that others execute correctly without you, and you can present to a customer’s management\n\nYou can operate independently in a market where you’re the only person from the company\n\nExcellent communication in English; Spanish is a plus\n\nUS work authorization and a valid driver’s license; willing to travel frequently\n\nWhat we offer\nOwnership of Loki’s US deployment operations from the first robot\n\nThe opportunity to build and lead the US operations team as we scale\n\nClose partnership with the founders and the operations team in Zürich\n\nFlat hierarchy, quick decision making and a direct role in executing Loki’s US expansion\n\nBe at the forefront of changing how physical services are delivered\n\nDon’t worry if you don’t hit every checkmark. We value people who learn fast and care about building great products. If Loki excites you and you believe you can help us scale, just give it a go and apply.\nAt Loki, you are accepted for who you are. We welcome applicants of every background, gender, age and nationality. Different experiences and perspectives make our team and our product better.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3290,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Upper-Intermediate (B2)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Service & Hospitality Robotics","Facilities Management"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-26T16:46:22Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":41,"reasons":["conf:2","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-29T05:49:05Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/loki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/loki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-30T00:36:02Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":718,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-31T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":679122},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=679122"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Floki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Floki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Floki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/loki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Floki-robotics-deployment-operations-lead-dallas-tx"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3281771}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"lokirobotics.co","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3281771},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
