Business Development & Account Manager (Zürich, 100%)

Your Role
As our Business Development & Account Manager, you will sit at the front line of commercial growth. You will be responsible for winning new business, managing strategic customer relationships, and helping define how Loki approaches sales, account management, and customer success in the early stages.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify, approach, and win new business across target verticals
Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact within Loki
Drive account expansion by building stakeholder relationships and identifying new opportunities
Gather customer feedback, then work closely with engineering and product to turn insights into action
Drive customer discovery and help guide integration of our end-to-end deployment product
Oversee onboarding and ongoing success for new accounts
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, account management, or similar commercial roles
Experience in a startup environment, ideally in technology, SaaS, automation, or robotics
Proven track record of owning complex B2B and enterprise customer relationships
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance closing, relationship building, and execution
Comfortable working in a startup environment: extreme agency and ownership, comfortable with uncertainty, intrinsically motivated
Excellent communication skills in English; German, Italian, or French is a plus
