This application is only for individuals already residing in Finland, and relocation is not possible.\n\nJoin a large-scale transformation programme focused on implementing AMLA-related regulatory and operational changes across multiple business areas and legal entities.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n Lead complex initiatives and translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and priorities into actionable deliveries.\n\n Establish and drive effective execution frameworks, governance structures, and delivery models.\n\n Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business areas, legal entities, and technology teams.\n\n Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, escalations, and decision-making processes.\n\n Drive change management activities and support organisational readiness.\n\n Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\n\n Coach project managers, analysts, and delivery teams.\n\nKey focus areas:\n\n Cross-capability coordination across multiple AML-related initiatives, including outsourcing, IGA, service catalogue, fraud, ID&V, reporting of criminal activity, and regulatory requirements.\n\n Implementation of AMLA-related changes across business areas and legal entities.\n\n Group-wide information sharing initiatives, ensuring alignment of business, legal, and data-sharing requirements.\n\n Data sourcing and integration into central repositories, particularly supporting transaction monitoring capabilities.\n\n Coordination of onboarding process, system, and procedural changes.\n\n Stakeholder management at senior leadership level across the organisation.\n\nRequirements:\n\n Extensive experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Lead Project Leader.\n\n Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes.\n\n Strong programme governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting experience.\n\n Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across diverse stakeholders and organisational units.\n\n Strong banking/financial related experience\n\n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and drive delivery outcomes.\n\n Experience working within AML, KYC, compliance, or regulatory programmes - is consider as huge advantage.\n\nAnswer these questions separately in a few sentences and attach them to your application!
