This role ensures that data architectures are aligned with corporate business strategies, solution architecture guidelines and data governance principles. The Data Architect will act as a liaison between the Data Office, IT development and Business teams, providing technical advice, promoting data standards and driving innovation in data technologies.\nYOUR ROLE\nDevelop and maintain the enterprise data architecture framework to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.\nDefine a scalable, efficient, and modern data architecture in collaboration with engineers and business teams.\nEstablish data architecture policies, standards, and best practices in assigned data domains.\nAdvise on data modelling, integration models and data architecture best practice.\nSupport data owners and data custodians throughout the data lifecycle, ensuring data traceability and compliance.\nContribute to data architecture and governance bodies, supporting data architecture, data lineage, data quality initiatives.\nMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide recommendations.\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering or similar roles.\nYou delivered successful transformation and innovation projects, in large scale organization\nExcellent command of Financial Services' specific regulatory challenges\nExcellent command of data architecture, data lakes, data warehouses principles and best practices (event-driven, microservices, data mesh)\nExcellent command of ETL / ELT processes and data lifecycle management\nExcellent command of data governance, compliance, and security\nExperience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, Pureview) a plus\nExcellent market trends knowledge, privileged contacts with vendors and third parties offering different hosting strategies (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)\nStrong analytical skills\nStrong ability to engage with C-level, IT and Business stakeholders and convince decision makers.\nOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
