We develop, market and distribute our products worldwide, reaching millions of photography enthusiasts through our community and retail partners including photo stores, design stores, museums, online platforms and events.\nABOUT THE JOB\nAs the “Camera Developer / Camera Designer”, you will play a key role in creating new and innovative analogue photography products including but not limited to cameras, lenses and photography accessories.\nYou will work hand in hand with our design and product development team in realising the new product ideas from ideation, concept, research, design and manufacturing. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers and project managers, you will ensure that the products not only meet technical requirements, but also align with market demands while reflecting our passion for analogue photography.\nThis is an opportunity for someone who is extremely passionate about analogue photography and has already accumulated a high level of knowledge and expertise in this field, and is seeking for a position to translate your passion and knowledge into captivating products which will be loved by the analogue photography community worldwide.\nResponsibilities:\n- New product concept generation, including but not limited to analog cameras, lenses, and photographic accessories\n\n- Transform confirmed product concepts to executable plans\n\n-Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering team and Manufacturers to realise the project as designed\n\n- Follow closely throughout the entire product development process, working closely with the Engineering Team to debug, resolve technical obstacles, and optimize products until mass production\n\n- Work closely with Quality Teams to establish and ensure highest standards of product\n\n- Prototyping and concept examinations in the early development stage\n\n- Testing, review samples until products go to mass production \n\n- Provide technical supports for camera related topics across different departments\n\nEMPLOYMENT\nStart date: Immediate\n\nLocation: Hong Kong\n\nType: On-Site\n\n5-day work week\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n- Highly experienced in both analog and digital photography, profound knowledge on camera and mechanisms\n\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
