You will also be involved in international logistics projects and encouraged to bring in yourself in when it comes to the development of new logistics solutions.\nTasks\nCoordination of B2B orders and submission to our external logistics partner\n\nHandling and monitoring the smooth operation of the relevant shipping activities (preparation of delivery documents, invoicing, delivery troubleshooting, checking customs documents, organizings freights)\n\nConnection between the sales teams and the warehouse\n\nHandling returns\n\nObtaining quotes for international sea and air freights (including analysis)\n\nMonitoring the freight dates and updating information in our system, record freight arrivals\n\nAdministrative tasks and support in the logistics department (data updates, document management, invoice checks, etc.)\n\nResearch for new logistics solutions\n\nCo-Develop and test new tools in the logistics sector (up to testing AI tools)\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nCompleted Education or about to complete (ideally with some relation to business)\n\nExperience in a logistics position is a clear plus\n\nQuick comprehension and good with numbers\n\nVery good english knowledge, German is a plus\n\nVery good computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Spreadsheets)\n\nDetail orientation and discretion\n\nStructured and results-oriented way of working\n\nMotivation for proactive participation in processes\n\nLomography values motivated employees who want to develop their skills through collaboration with experienced teams and offers excellent long-term career development opportunities.
