You will have the opportunity to navigate and experience the exciting and rapidly evolving business environment of Asia!\nKey Responsibilities:\nMarket Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.\n\nNew Business Development: Proactively research and identify new potential wholesale accounts, build a pipeline of new leads, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.\n\nAccount Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.\n\nVisual Merchandising: Ensure excellent brand/product presentation in retail.\n\nSales Strategy and Execution: Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including negotiating contracts and agreements.\n\nProduct Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize the product portfolio to meet customer needs and market demands.\n\nMarketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide marketing support to our wholesale customers.\n\nCompetitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' activities and market positioning to maintain a competitive edge.\n\nReporting and Performance Analysis: Proactively prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.\n\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale business development, or a related field, preferably in the camera industry.\n\nSkills: Excellent communication, negotiation, effective sales closing techniques and interpersonal skills.
