The Ministry of Health (MoH) leads implementation of the project in collaboration with key implementing institutions, including the Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI), the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) and Regional Health Bureaus. Effective implementation of the project requires timely, transparent and technically sound procurement of medical equipment, goods, works, non-consulting services and consultancy services in accordance with applicable World Bank procurement requirements and project documentation.
