This position is well suited for someone with a strong DevOps foundation who is eager to grow their skills, learn from experienced engineers, and make a real impact across the software delivery lifecycle.\nRole Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities\nApply business and technical requirements to help design and implement DevOps and infrastructure solutions\n\nContribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions, with support and guidance from senior team members\n\nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation\n\nSupport the reliability, performance, and availability of cloud-based systems\n\nCollaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions\n\nFollow established DevOps practices, coding standards, and security guidelines\n\nTake ownership of assigned work and deliver outcomes with growing independence\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives\n\nAssist with troubleshooting incidents and resolving deployment or infrastructure issues\n\nCommunicate technical challenges clearly and escalate when support is needed\n\nActively develop technical and domain knowledge through hands-on work, training, and certifications\n\nKey Responsibilities\nUnderstand and analyse business use cases and technical requirements\n\nBuild and support infrastructure for microservices-based applications\n\nAssist with automating infrastructure deployments using IaC tools\n\nSupport CI/CD pipelines used by multiple development teams\n\nHelp implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system reliability\n\nContribute ideas to improve existing DevOps tools, pipelines, and processes\n\nWork within Agile and Lean delivery methodologies\n\nSupport solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from development to deployment and operations\n\nEnsure solutions meet security, scalability, and resilience standards\n\nCapture requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical tasks\n\nQualifications & Experience\nProfessional qualification or equivalent practical experience\n\n5-10 years’ experience in a DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering role\n\nExperience working in a software delivery environment\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps tooling\n\nUnderstanding of SDLC and CI/CD concepts\n\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and best practices\n\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms\n\nExperience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps\n\nScripting experience using Python or Bash\n\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS experience is a plus!)\n\nFamiliarity with Unix/Linux environments\n\nExperience using Git-based version control systems\n\nUnderstanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting concepts\n\nExposure to security, governance, and compliance practices in cloud environments\n\nAWS certification is desirable but not required\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively within diverse teams\n\nOpenness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve\n\nOrganized, proactive, and delivery-focused approach\n\nEnthusiasm for automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices\n\nEqual Opportunity & Accommodations\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
