This team will be forward-looking in identifying analytics trends, emerging tools & practices to ensure we have the skills and capabilities we need, to support D&A Customer Operations now and in the future.\nResponsibilities & Accountabilities:\n\nReporting and Business Intelligence expert experience\n\nExperience in building Dashboards\nFamiliarity with testing web applications, user interfaces, and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nParticipate in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.\n\nContinuously update and improve report testing documentation and knowledge base.\n\nProvide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on testing observations.\n\nData Visualization. Develop insightful and actionable visualizations from large and complex data sets. Consolidate multiple data sets into one visualization that tells a compelling story.\n\nData Sourcing. Prepare and integrate various data sets from different systems into strategic storage locations for visualization purposes. Validate and ensure accuracy of data.\n\nGovernance. Facilitate processes and activities promoting consistent and relevant use of visualization standards that will enable better clarity and user adoption across dashboards and other visualization output. Create robust and reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization methods for efficiency.\n\nProject and Stakeholder Management. Organize, define, and run projects as needed. Manage stakeholder engagement in all levels to capture and understand requirements and use cases, mitigate or resolve issues, and deliver in a timely manner.\n\nTools and capabilities:\nPower BI - Mandatory: Familiar with DAX functions and different types of visuals (with certification, preferred)\n\nExcel - Mandatory\n\nSQL or any programming background - a plus\n\nReporting capability in Jira and Salesforce - a plus\n\nJira service management - connecting the Jira dashboards using connectors.\n\nProject/task mgmt. reports from Asana tool\n\nSalesforce reports\n\nDesired Skills:\n2 years at least of power BI visualization related experience.\n\nHandled a group in building a project.\n\nStrong analytical, good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well as part of a team.\n\nComfortable in a team setting.\n\nExperience partnering with multiple resources on projects.\n\nWorking knowledge on some of the tools and process like Sales, Order management, Legal strategy group\n\nKeep abreast of business needs and stay current with technology trends.\n\nDeep or at least intermediate understanding on the data pipelining, data structures and data modelling.\n\nAt LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
