During the recruitment process we will get to know your skills and interest and how they align with the needs of the business to place you in the right team.\nThese are real roles. Our 9 weeks summer interns play a part in the success of our organisation, just like they would do as a graduate.\nWhat we are looking for:\nWe are passionate about recruiting people who are interested in pursuing a career within Technology and would like to learn about the full breadth of our business - and are interested in playing a part of our development, as it grows and diversifies.\nYou will have an interest in technology demonstrated either via your work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies. For instance, you may be part of a Computing Society, have taught yourself how to code or have focused on technology as part of a university project.\n\nYou should be interested in financial markets and how technology supports our business.\n\nA curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.\n\nIndividuals who are able to connect the dots and think creatively.\n\nThe environment we work in is fast paced, you’ll need to demonstrate focus, resilience and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.\n\nPeople who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process.\n\nYou will stand out to us if you can demonstrate and recognise that what you achieve is equally important to how you achieve it.\nApplication close: 30th October, however we recommend an early application because we consider candidates on a rolling basis. Due to the volume of applications, we might close the applications earlier, so we recommend an early application.\nRecruitment Process:\nThe first stage of the recruitment process involves making an application and submitting your resume.\n\nThe second stage is completing Technical and Coding Assessment. This technical assessment is designed to evaluate your coding ability, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.\n\nThe next stage of the application process is an untimed Immersive Online Assessment.
