Working under the guidance of the Regional EHS Manager, the role will help maintain EHS compliance, support local initiatives, and contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.\nThis role is suited to someone who is looking to develop their career in Environment, Health and Safety within a global organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport EHS compliance activities across LSEG locations in Poland.\nAssist with inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.\nMaintain EHS records, documentation and reporting systems.\nCollect and analyse EHS data and prepare reports.\nSupport EHS communications, awareness campaigns and training activities.\nAssist with monitoring compliance with local legislation and company policies.\nWork with Facilities, Property and other business teams to support EHS initiatives.\nSupport continuous improvement of EHS processes and systems.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety\nSome experience in EHS, Facilities, Property or an administrative/compliance-related environment would be beneficial.\nStrong organisational and analytical skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nWhat You'll Bring\nFluent Polish (written and spoken) is essential.\nGood communication skills in English (written and spoken).\nInterest in developing a career in Environment, Health and Safety.\nAbility to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.\nAttention to detail and strong administrative skills.\nAbility to work with data and information accurately.\nWillingness to travel occasionally within Poland if required.\nCareer Stage:\nAssociate\nCompensation Information:\nLSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 93,000 zł - 147,000 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage.
