system performance.\nSupport access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews.\nApplication Support\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 support for Salesforce incidents and service requests.\nTroubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.\nCoordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve production issues.\nEnsure compliance with service level agreements and operational standards.\nRelease & Change Management\nSupport Salesforce releases, deployments, and platform upgrades.\nParticipate in testing, change assessments, and production validation activities.\nMaintain release documentation and deployment records.\nSupport regression testing and post-release monitoring.\nBusiness Engagement & Delivery\nWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nSupport the delivery of automation, workflow improvements, and CRM enhancements.\nProvide end-user guidance and training where required.\nGovernance & Compliance\nSupport audit, risk, compliance, and governance activities.\nMaintain documentation, process maps, and Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes through Salesforce functionality and automation.\nSupport adoption of Salesforce AI and emerging platform capabilities.\nContribute to the CRM roadmap and strategic initiatives.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nEssential\nProven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM Engineer.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and administration.\nExperience with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.\nExperience supporting business-critical applications within a complex enterprise environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nDesirable\nExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.\nKnowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.\nExposure to DevOps, CI/CD, JIRA, and ServiceNow.\nExperience supporting AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI.\nBasic understanding of Apex and Lightning technologies.\nQualifications\nEssential\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent
