This person will also partner closely with the People team and executive leadership to strengthen internal communications, support organizational change initiatives, and ensure employees have a clear understanding of company priorities, progress, and culture.\nThe ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a long-term communications strategy, drafting executive messaging, managing media relationships, and helping leaders navigate periods of change and transformation.\nResponsibilities:\nLead media relations, press outreach, and proactive storytelling efforts.\nPartner with executives to elevate the company's visibility across the industry.\nManage external announcements, company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates.\nBuild relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.\nDevelop messaging frameworks and communication plans that reinforce Lone Wolf's brand and business priorities.\nMonitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence.\nInternal Communications\nPartner with the People team to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy.\nCreate communication plans that support organizational initiatives, culture programs, performance management processes, and change management efforts.\nHelp establish communication standards and best practices across the organization.\nSupport employee engagement through thoughtful, transparent, and timely communications.\nEnsure messaging remains aligned across leadership, departments, and geographic regions.\nChange Management & Transformation\nSupport communications related to organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.\nDevelop communication frameworks that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it impacts them.\nPartner with leaders to anticipate communication risks and proactively address concerns.\nSocial Media\nOwn Lone Wolf's social media strategy and day-to-day presence across key platforms.\nPartner with Marketing to create content that reflects our brand voice and connects with our community.\nMonitor trends and conversations to identify timely opportunities for engagement.\nTrack performance and use insights to continuously refine our social media approach.\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields.\nExperience supporting communications within a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.\nStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.\nExperience partnering with executive leaders and advising on communication strategy.\nDemonstrated success leading both external communications and internal communications initiatives.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExperience supporting organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives is highly preferred.\nAbility to influence and collaborate across functions, including Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.\nSuccess in This Role\nWithin the first year, this individual will:\nEstablish a more consistent and proactive corporate communications strategy.\nStrengthen Lone Wolf's external presence through PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility.\nBuild scalable internal communications processes and
