administration, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene\nDesign and continuously improve marketing processes to increase team efficiency and campaign velocity\nBuild and maintain analytics and reporting frameworks that give leadership a clear, accurate view of marketing performance and ROI\nLead cross-functional projects that span Marketing, Sales, and other departments, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned\nIdentify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve marketing productivity, personalization, and speed to execution\nManage lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation within HubSpot\nServe as the internal expert and go-to resource for MarTech questions, training, and best practices\nMonitor data quality across marketing systems and ensure clean handoffs with sales and CRM data\nRequirements:\n5+ years in marketing operations, demonstrated HubSpot administration/expertise (certifications a plus)\nProven experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and dashboarding\nTrack record leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders\nHands-on experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows (content, personalization, automation, or analysis)\nStrong process-design and documentation skills\nExcellent communication skills -
