The QA Team responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions. To be successful as a quality assurance specialist you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\nDocument test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.\nCreate tests plans to identify defects and bugs resulting from changes to application configuration, new code, and/or integrations.\nAnalyze bugs and errors found during testing and document results of tests in JIRA.\nRecommend improvements to enhance user experience.\nWorks together with business analyst and software developer to enhance and improve quality delivery.\nMaintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements\nParticipate in planning ceremonies, provide input on functional requirements, acceptance criteria and identify potential problems.\nMonitor bug resolution.\nCoordinate user and testing results with Salesforce Administrators and Software Developers.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n3-5 years of experience with industry-standard software testing tools.\nExperience defect tracking in JIRA.\nExperience working in an Agile-ish development environment.\nSharp attention to detail.\nGood documentation skills.\nAbility to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.\nSelf-motivated, flexible, team player with time management & organization expertise.\nExcellent communication, motivational and presentation skills.\nAbility to detect when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.\nStrong deductive reasoning. Specifically, the ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.\nPattern recognition and inductive reasoning.
