Responsibilities include gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, designing data models, building ETL pipelines, developing semantic models, and delivering reports within the Power BI platform. The role also owns the operational side of the reporting function: scoping work, tracking tickets, and coordinating releases.\nKey Responsibilities\nReport & Dashboard Development\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications and report designs within the Power BI platform.\nBuild the resulting reports and dashboards\nApply consistent formatting, naming, and design standards across deliverables\nDeliver ad hoc requests via Excel or an application's native reporting module (e.g., Salesforce Reports) when the request doesn't warrant a Power BI build.\nData Architecture & Modeling\nArchitect source-to-target data models for new reporting domains using dimensional/medallion design principles\nDesign semantic model structure: tables, relationships, and DAX measures\nETL & Pipeline Development\nBuild and maintain Power BI dataflows across Bronze/Silver/Gold layers\nWrite and troubleshoot Power Query transformations\nDevelop and maintain manual/spreadsheet-based data maintenance processes for sources without a direct system feed\nRelease & Process Management\nScope incoming requests into tickets with clear requirements and acceptance criteria\nManage release scheduling and coordinate deployment of dataflow, model, and report changes\nMaintain documentation for data lineage, business logic, and known data quality issues\nStakeholder Communication\nGather requirements directly from business stakeholders across the CX organization\nExplain data logic, metric definitions, and limitations in non-technical terms\nFlag data quality or architectural issues that affect metric defensibility before they reach a report\nOperate independently against ambiguous or incomplete requirements, making sound architectural and tooling decisions without requiring direction from the Senior Manager\nProvide occasional technical guidance and mentoring to other team members\nRequired Skills\n 5+ years of experience in BI development, reporting, or data analytics, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end reporting solutions\nAdvanced Power BI (Power Query/M, DAX, data modeling)\nDimensional and medallion data modeling\nSemantic model governance, including row-level security and workspace access management\nAdvanced Excel (formulas, structured data maintenance, pivot-based analysis)\nFamiliarity with Salesforce data structures (Cases, Users, Opportunities, or similar CRM objects)\nExperience with ticket-based work tracking (Jira or similar)\nNice to Have\nSQL or other query language fluency\nExposure to APIs or scripting for data pull automation (Apps Script, Power
