customers, retrieve products and follow up until completion of sale.\nUnderstand customer needs and requirements and make recommendations based off opportunity.\nManage customer expectations by ensuring all commitments are met.\nBuild and monitor sales pipeline.\nOther duties as assigned by your sales manager. \nRequirements:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nProven retail experience in the electrical supply and distribution industry preferred. \nProficient with corporate productivity and business technology.\nExcellent verbal communications skills and ability to exhibit professionalism. \nStrong listening and presentation skills.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nWillingness to learn about electrical products and anticipate customer needs based off scope of work.\nPhysical Requirements:\nLifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. \nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.\nMust be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.\nMight occasionally be asked to work around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include, heat and humidity. \nNoise level may be loud at times.
