This role is responsible for assembling components to specification using engineering drawings and does not involve field installation, maintenance, or energized electrical work.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in electrical assembly within a manufacturing or production setting.\nResponsibilities:\nAssemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and related components according to engineering drawings and specifications.\nPerform point-to-point wiring, crimping, labeling, and component mounting in accordance with UL508 standards and internal procedures.\nRead and interpret schematics, bills of material, and layout drawings to complete assemblies accurately.\nUse hand and power tools to fabricate, mount, and secure electrical components within panels and enclosures.\nConduct visual inspections and basic continuity checks to ensure assembly quality and completeness (no energized testing).\nMaintain organized workstations and ensure proper material handling and inventory usage.\nCollaborate with production leads and engineering to resolve assembly questions or drawing discrepancies.\nFollow all safety protocols for a manufacturing and warehouse environment.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\nExperience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar production environment preferred.\nAbility to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.\nExperience with wire stripping, crimping, and labeling.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMay be required to move up to 40 lbs.\nRegularly works around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include heat and humidity.\nMust be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.\nRequires
