They must be comfortable making and receiving calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.\nResponsibilities:\nSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up and outbound calls and emails.\nUnderstanding customer needs and requirements and making recommendations based off opportunity.\nManage customer expectations by ensuring commitments are met.\nClose sales and achieve monthly quotas.\nResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interest.\nMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.\nBuild and monitor sales pipeline and close deals.\nDevelop lasting relationships with key decision-makers within customer and prospect organizations.\nOther duties as assigned by your sales manager.\nRequirements:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nProven inside sales experience in the electrical supply and distribution industry. \nTrack record of over-achieving quota.\nStrong phone presence.\nProficient with corporate productivity and business technology.\nExperience working with popular CRM systems.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\nStrong listening and presentation skills.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nPhysical Requirements:\nLifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently. \nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.\nMust be
