They will also drive and promote our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN!\nResponsibilities\nShadow associates throughout the organization to learn how we perform job duties and interact with partners and customers at every level of the business. \nProvide excellent customer service to our internal and external partners, customers, logistics professionals, vendors as well as vendor partners and employees. \nLearn best practices to close sales and achieve monthly quotas.\nResearch accounts, identify key players and support associates in making contact and generating interest.\nReceive, verify, and stock various products utilized in the electrical industry.\nReview orders, pull requested items from shelves, examine for accuracy, and wrap for transport.\nProvide loading and unloading support as needed. \nFollow processes and procedures as instructed by your Lead, Mentor or Supervisor. \nHelp maintain a clean and organized working environment.\nFollow established safety guidelines and proper protocols. \nProactive communication to management regarding issues and concerns. \nOther tasks as assigned by leadership. \nRequirements:\nHigh-School Diploma or GED.\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, General Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field of study. \nDesire to build a career in Sales, Construction, Engineering or Electrical Distribution industry.\nSelf-starter with strong work ethic and a desire to learn and advance.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMay be required to move up to 40 lbs.\nCould be tasked with working around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include, heat and humidity. \nNoise level may be loud at times. \nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.\nMust be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description is a general outline of the day-to-day duties to be expected and may not cover all job responsibilities that may be assigned by management.\nThis job posting will remain up throughout the year.
