This role is responsible for purchasing equipment, materials, parts, and supplies while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring inventory levels support business operations.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across departments to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nPurchase equipment, parts, supplies, and materials to support daily business operations.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain appropriate stock availability.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality products, and timely deliveries.\nSolicit quotes, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing terms to maximize value for the company.\nReview and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.\nMonitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, shortages, or delivery delays.\nCollaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service to align purchasing activities with business demands.\nMaintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and vendor records within the company's ERP system.\nAnalyze purchasing trends, inventory usage, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.\nAssist with forecasting inventory needs and planning purchases based on customer demand and business objectives.\nMaintain current knowledge of market trends, product availability, and supplier capabilities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance purchasing processes and inventory management.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.\n2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.\nExperience within the Tool & Equipment, industrial, construction, or distribution industry preferred.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.\nExperience working with ERP systems and inventory management software preferred.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.\nDemonstrated desire for professional growth and long-term career development.\nFlexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods
