This is a hands-on role that combines front-desk reception, workplace coordination and event planning. You'll welcome people into our office, coordinate meetings and vendors, and take ownership of internal team events, client events and company initiatives - from finding the right venue and coordinating catering to managing the details that make the experience memorable.\nA Day in the Life:\nGreeting staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and directing to appropriate contact\nPlan and execute engaging internal events, team-building activities, and company initiatives\nCoordinate all logistics for external client events\nAdministrative support for various teams in the branch\nCreate branch communication including marketing materials for office and client events\nSource, evaluate, and secure optimal venues and meeting spaces for events\nAssist with new hire onboarding - including office organization, equipment setup, building tours, ID badge creation, etc.\nMeeting coordination including booking meeting rooms, catering orders, guest sign-in, hoteling station setups, etc.\nManage Corporate Services phone and inbox, respond to inquiries, order gift cards, etc.\nMail / courier processing and distribution\nMaintain tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen and boardrooms throughout the day\nVendor liaison for all office related maintenance including supplies, HSE items, custodial, etc.\nOrder and maintain office and coffee supplies inventory\nMonthly credit card reconciliation and generating expense reports\nUpdate sales CLM, documentation reviews and filing, other sales coordinator related duties\nCo-chair the HSE Committee, complete internal audits and inspections\nWhat You Bring:\n2+ years of experience coordinating events, workplace experiences, hospitality, client experiences or similar people-facing programs.\nDemonstrated experience planning and executing events - from initial idea and venue sourcing through logistics and day-of execution.\nStrong knowledge of Edmonton venues, restaurants, caterers and local event suppliers is an asset.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a focus on customer service and relationships\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM\nCertificate in Business Administration, Accounting Assistant, or equivalent is an asset\nWhy Work at Long View?\nGreat people and culture\nFlexible environment -
