You will bring a forward-thinking approach to technology, a strong focus on security and governance, and a passion for creating exceptional, user-centric experiences that reflect our #MostLoved philosophy.\nA Day in the Life:\nProvide strategic leadership and direction for Long View’s corporate IT function (systems, platforms, and governance)\nCollaborate with leaders across Long View to align IT strategy, priorities, and investments with business objectives\nAct as a senior advocate for corporate IT initiatives with the executive team and Long View’s SVP, Global Services\nTranslate business strategy into a clear, actionable corporate IT roadmap and outcomes-based portfolio\nLead and manage corporate IT financial planning and governance (budget, forecasting, optimization, and investment prioritization)\nEstablish performance expectations, success metrics, and accountability across corporate IT teams\nLead and develop high-performing leaders and team members through coaching, mentoring, and Career Life Planning (CLP)\nProvide executive oversight and strategic direction for corporate IT operations, including infrastructure and our #MostLoved end-user services\nEnsure reliability, scalability, and performance of corporate IT services through appropriate operating rhythms and service management maturity\nPartner with operational leaders to address gaps where technology capabilities and business needs do not align\nPartner with executive leadership and the Office of the CISO to align corporate security priorities, risks, and investment decisions\nProvide executive oversight of security initiatives as they relate to corporate IT (identity, endpoint, cloud, data protection, resilience)\nSupport compliance with Long View’s security program, including ISO, SOC, and PCI requirements; ensure audit readiness within corporate IT scope\nCoordinate corporate IT initiatives to ensure alignment with executive requirements and enterprise architecture standards\nFacilitate collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical architects to design and deliver new solutions and services\nEnable cross-department technology alignment including collaboration with SOC, NOC, OneCloud, and On-Demand Infrastructure (ODI)\nLead governance practices that align corporate IT initiatives with organizational, branch, and practice priorities\nWhat You Bring:\n15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology roles, including senior leadership accountability\n10+ years leading diverse, distributed teams with a track record of building leadership capability\nDemonstrated success translating business strategy into IT roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes\nStrong understanding of enterprise IT including infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, and data management\nProven experience owning budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and investment prioritization\nExceptional communication skills-able to influence executives and align stakeholders through clear narratives and data\nComfort operating in complex environments;
