You will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities, business processes, and industry best practices, along with strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of consultants and developers.\nA Day in the Life:\nResponsible for overseeing design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 F&O solution components, as well as support efforts of solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines.\nDesign, implement and Support Long View’s Business Application D365 Finance & Operation portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects), defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements.\nWork with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies for identified opportunities.\nProactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support the delivery of territory revenue targets.\nMaximize D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery value to clients through regular reviews of utilization, working with clients, consultants, and scrum master’s to shape backlogs and ensure alignment to client success.\n Keep your team updated on exciting LVS news such as wins, growth, new branches, company direction and strategic sessions.\nAct as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required.\nProvide direction and assistance to team members on how to deal with situations and issues on their own.\nWhat You Bring:\n10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O\n5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum\nProven skills and background with Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos\nAbility to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations.\nProficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions.\nSelf-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise.\nWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:\nPost-secondary education\nIndustry certifications such as Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman), and relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions\nWhy Work at Long View?\nGreat people and culture\nFun is one of our cores values.\nInteresting work -
