You will support Cisco sales and procurement across Long View by preparing quotations, managing orders, renewals and contracts, and providing accurate product and licensing information to clients and internal teams.\nA Day in the Life:\nDeliver responsive, customer-focused support throughout the Cisco quotation, renewal, ordering, and delivery lifecycle\n\nProvide accurate product, pricing, availability, licensing, and delivery information\n\nCollaborate with clients, Account Managers, Digital Architects, Cisco, and distribution partners on solutions and requirements\n\nCreate, manage, and follow up on quotations, renewals, contracts, subscriptions, and orders\n\nProcure Cisco products and services through authorized channels and maintain accurate records in Cisco and internal systems\n\nCommunicate clearly, escalate complex matters appropriately, and support audits, compliance activities, and Cisco programs\n\nContribute to team initiatives and other priorities as assigned\n\nWhat You Bring:\n2+ years’ experience of related inside sales experience or in a procurement role\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nStrong organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-through.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities, work independently, and resolve client and operational issues.\n\nA proactive approach and the ability to multi-task\n\nSelf-starting with strong organization skills\n\nWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:\nPost-secondary in procurement or related field\n\nExperience working with Cisco tools considered an asset\n\nWhy Work at Long View:\nGreat people and culture\n\nCareer growth -
