This is an exciting opportunity to join a company known not only for delivering exceptional results for our clients but also for fostering a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and having fun along the way\nA Day in the Life:\nDeveloping detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets\nConnect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time\nAnalyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization\nLeverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project\nSupport a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget\nWork directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing\nManages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables\nRecommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results\nRequires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance\nGuide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner\nWhat You Bring:\n10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations\nIntegrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM )\nExperience with Azure DevOps\nProgram Management with multiple lane / department delivery\nExperience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry\nAn analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability\nExceptional communication skills\nKnowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks\nAbility to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders\nStrong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects\nWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:\nPMP Certification\nCertified Scrum Master\nSAFe Certification\nWhy Work at Long View:\nCareer Growth -
