You will be a member of our PMO responsible for leading teams of technology experts and clients to deliver agreed upon objectives, on time and within budget to the existing Project Delivery Framework.\nA Day in the Life:\nUse Long View’s project management methodologies to create and manage a project plan to fit the client’s needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes of the project\nWork closely with different Long View business units to define the project scope, deliverables, timelines and required resources to ensure project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another\nManage the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans\nMonitor and report on project progress and problems\nIdentify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner\nEscalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate\nRecommend solutions to the client\nProvide direction and support to the implementation team and review deliverables prepared by the team\nOrganize and lead meetings with clear objectives and communicate meeting summary minutes\nOversee and monitor all management reports on specified projects\nManage all vendor relationships related specifically to the project and monitor statements of work to maintain accountability on the contract deliverables\nAct as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project\nWhat You Bring:\n5+ years of experience delivering IT projects for enterprise clients\nProven experience managing projects in the following disciplines\nCore infrastructure and data center\nM365 rollouts and upgrades\nWindows server and desktop upgrades\nCloud Migrations\nExcellent knowledge of project management principles, governance frameworks, stakeholder management, status reporting, escalation procedures and budget tracking and management\nAbility to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis\nSelf-motivation and ability to be assertive\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills\nExceptional time management, writing and communication skills\nProficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, MS Project\nWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:\nPMI trained or PMP certified\nPrevious experience in professional or consulting services\nWhy Work at Long View?\nGreat people and culture\nCareer growth -
