Working closely with hiring managers, you'll help shape our talent strategy while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders.\nA Day in the Life:\nPartner with hiring managers and technical teams to gather role requirements and translate them into compelling, accurate job descriptions\nLead full-cycle recruitment, from intake strategy to offer negotiation, with a focus on high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction\nSource active and passive technical talent through creative strategies, including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, and niche job boards\nConduct in-depth initial interviews to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural) and coordinate technical assessments with internal SMEs\nDeliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Long View’s values and employer brand\nAct as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, sourcing strategies, and data-driven recommendations\nMaintain accurate and organized candidate records in Lever (ATS), ensuring compliance and transparency at every stage\nBuild and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles, with an eye toward long-term workforce planning\nRepresent Long View at virtual and in-person industry events and career fairs, enhancing our talent brand and community presence\nWhat You Bring:\n3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally in an IT consulting, MSP, or similar high-demand technical environment\nDemonstrated experience collaborating with hiring managers to scope roles and build effective job descriptions.\nProven success sourcing and hiring for a wide range of roles\nDeep knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.\nStrong business acumen and ability to understand complex technical service offerings\nExperience with ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred)\nExceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills\nStrategic mindset with a data-informed approach to problem-solving and planning\nCommitment to inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse candidate pipeline\nWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:\nFamiliarity with employment legislation, recruiting analytics, and employer branding\nPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field\nWhy Work at Long View?\nFun is one of our core values\nInteresting work -
