At Longbridge, you won’t just be working for a brokerage; you’ll be building the future of financial infrastructure.\nResponsibilities:\nProcess daily trade settlement across assigned markets/products within same-day cut-off times.\nProcess corporate action notifications, elections, and entitlements, including during high volume earnings periods.\nHandle incoming/outgoing share transfers, including counterparty follow-up and matching.\nProcess client deposits, withdrawals, and currency conversions, including exception handling.\nPerform daily trust account and custody/position reconciliation; escalate unresolved breaks.\nMonitor transactions for AML/CFT red flags and escalate as necessary.\nAct as day-to-day contact point for clients/counterparties; log and triage complaints.\nPrepare accurate daily/monthly operational and regulatory reports.\nMaintain transaction records and documentation for audit readiness.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.\nRelevant CMFAS certifications (e.g., Modules 1A, 6) preferred, or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.\nProven experience in securities operations, back office, or a similar processing role within a brokerage, custodian, or capital markets services entity;\nExperience in (e.g., CFD, futures, exchange direct clearing membership) is a strong plus\nUnderstanding of securities settlement, corporate actions, or cash operations processes;
