and develop core backend systems for our wealth management platform, supporting portfolio management, asset allocation, NAV/performance calculation, and rebalancing capabilities\nBuild and optimize shared components within the wealth management system to improve development efficiency and reusability across our wealth management product lines\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps in large-scale computation and data processing workflows (e.g. batch NAV calculation, portfolio rebalancing) to improve system stability and scalability\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across account, portfolio, and calculation modules, and continuously optimize system performance\nExplore applying AI Agent technology to wealth management scenarios (e.g. investment advisory, portfolio insights) to enhance system intelligence\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years working in Go, with high-performance server-side architecture design\nHands-on experience building microservices and high-concurrency/high-throughput production systems\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns\nFamiliar with Linux/Unix environments and common middleware internals\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills in English\nNice to Have\nDomain knowledge in wealth management, asset management, or
