accordingly\nManage content and messaging across all social media platforms\nCraft and oversee advertising and marketing campaigns\nLead and manage all crisis communication\nPlan, shape, and manage platforms for an organization (non-profit or ministry experience preferred)\nStrong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content\nProficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms\nStrong strategic thinking skills with attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines\nAbility to manage time effectively and work creatively under pressure\nProficiency with Apple computers and Google Workspace
