Working together in person supports close, real time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.\nRelocation assistance for eligible candidates.\nOpportunities for career growth, development, and ongoing training.\nExposure to advanced analytical technologies and pharmaceutical quality systems.\nA collaborative and supportive team environment focused on learning and innovation.\nThe opportunity to contribute to products that improve lives around the world.\nWhat you will do\nPerform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.\nOperate and maintain laboratory equipment, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and dissolution instruments.\nRecord and review laboratory data in accordance with quality and compliance requirements.\nSupport laboratory investigations, troubleshooting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nFollow cGMP procedures, laboratory safety standards, and site quality requirements.\nCollaborate with colleagues across Quality Control and Manufacturing teams.\nContribute to maintaining an organized, compliant, and inspection-ready laboratory environment.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.\nLaboratory experience gained through academic studies, internships, or industry experience.\nStrong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.\nAbility to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.\nExperience with analytical laboratory instruments is preferred.\nFamiliarity with laboratory data systems and regulated environments is beneficial.\nEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
