Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.The role follows regular office working hours (Monday to Friday).\nWhat you’ll get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nDaily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site.\n\nWhat you'll do\nLearn and apply GMP principles, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily activities.\nSupport routine operations within assigned departments while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.\nAssist with documentation, data entry, record review, and maintenance of GMP documents such as logbooks, batch records, and reports.\nPerform basic laboratory, manufacturing, or technical tasks under supervision, depending on the assigned department.\nSupport equipment monitoring, routine inspections, housekeeping (6S), and workplace organization.\nParticipate in sample collection, testing, investigations, or process monitoring activities where applicable.\nAssist with equipment qualification, validation, technology transfer, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.\nLearn to identify, report, and support the resolution of deviations, non-conformances, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nDevelop an understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical operations.\nUse electronic systems such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other digital platforms where applicable.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and project activities.\nParticipate in departmental meetings, training programmes, audits, and compliance initiatives.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nDiploma/ Degree in relevant science discipline (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering etc.)\n\nStrong interpersonal skills\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\n\nMeticulous eye for detail\n\nSystematic\n\nPositive team player\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
