The role will be instrumental in designing, establishing, and embedding transfer pricing policies, processes, and governance fit for a standalone organisation, while supporting business operations, restructuring projects, and regulatory developments.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance\n\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location\n\nThe full list of our global benefits can be also found on https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits.\n\nWhat you will do:\nDefine, establish, and govern global transfer pricing policies for goods, services, intangibles, and financial transactions, as part of the post-carve-out build-up of the CHI standalone tax function.\n\nEnsure consistent and compliant operational transfer pricing execution, including pricing mechanics, cost bases, mark-ups, and year-end true-ups, in close collaboration with Finance and Controlling.\n\nOversee transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, benchmark studies) and manage external advisors to ensure audit-defensible compliance across jurisdictions.\n\nAct as the primary transfer pricing contact for tax audits and inquiries, coordinating responses with local tax teams, Legal, and external advisors.\n\nProvide transfer pricing support for restructurings, supply-chain changes, operating model developments, M&A, carve-outs, and post-deal integration, including TSA and transition pricing models.\n\nAct as a key business partner to Tax, Finance, Legal, and the wider organisation, translating complex transfer pricing topics into clear, practical guidance and supporting internal knowledge build-up.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nUniversity degree (Master), preferably in Tax, Finance, Economics, or (Tax) Law.\n\n7+ years of specialist experience in Transfer Pricing at a \"Highly Experienced\" level.\n\nExperience within a Big 4 environment is considered a strong plus.\n\nBusiness Fluent English language skills.\n\nStrong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and common TP methods.\n\nAnalytical, structured, and risk-aware mindset, with the ability to process complex data.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for the business.\n\nAbility to operate independently within a global organization.\n\nThere is no visa sponsorship available for this role.\n\nEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
